Maybe they are just trying to weed out the garbage/ spam blogs. That would be nice. Though, they have been pushing the Google ads and monetizing your Blogger blogs so they may not say spam blogs are non-quality if it means they would lose the ads the spammers publish. Anyway, I'd like to hear your new plan for the site.
