24-Hour Twitter Boycott.
If anyone is interested- send me a DM or Tweet @bethchelle. I will not bow down to the elite simply because they’re too lazy to change settings, or simply ignore. Twitter is no longer social networking, it’s a group of people chatting-that is, unless you have a million followers. Any instant message system is far better at this point.

I wanted to thank you for being nice earlier.
If you stay off twitter all we will be missing is a bunch of lame ass wannabe Gurus hawking worthless crap. I reached out to quite a few men on there “hey cool blog” whatever and got no response then watch them Twit some lame ass thing it’s pathetic. I hate twitter and facebook isn’t much better. But at least on FB I actually know some of the people in REAL life. I wrote a post one time called
5000 friends I didn’t know I had.
Stop by my blog sometime I think you will find some cool people to network with. I may not have the most friends but the ones I have are the best

I like to use twitter myself,it is quite hard to find twitter followers though.

I never understood what the fascination of twitter was. I put that category in there with facebook and myspace. No point in it and I refuse to get involved with any of it.

I don’t know if I would call Twitter an instant messenger as much as I would call it “a social network that has been taken over buy marketeers.” All that ever happens on my Twitter is that I get swamped by businesses trying to friend me and get me to follow them back.
It sucks.
