Protecting My iPod Touch-The Girlie Way.
Since there was a mix-up with Apple, I was sent the wrong iPod. Not that I was disappointed, (ok yes, I was), but I was really looking forward to the iPod Touch and not the iPod Classic. I sent the iPod Classic back to Apple, (thanks to them for paying postage), and I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of my beautiful little gadget I have decided to name, Pink. Why Pink? Because I have been searching for accessories and I’m going with a pink theme, just as I did with my cell phone. I found a shop online, pdostore.com, offering an assortment of iPod accessories, and although I won and didn’t buy, I still want to protect the device. We may consider them toys, but expensive toys. The pdostore.com site has a variety of items for both iPods and iPhones. Below is what I am wanting:

Only in pink. The protector comes with the cling-on screen protectors too so that saves me a little money. I stop at nothing to pimp my gadgets. If only they had the protector with frogs, or Hello Kitty, I’d be set. P.S-yes you may purchase this item as a Christmas gift for me.

I just bought my iPod touch and although it\’s sexy, I must admit I haven’t gotten used to it yet.
I’m so used to the click wheel of an iPod and the tapping and writing with my Palm’s stylus.
I might actually have to read the instructions for the touch because I just don’t get how I can skip songs or change the volume without looking at the screen.
mariam: I have never owned an iPod and let me tell you-when I first opened the iPod classic just figuring out how to turn the dang thing on was a challenge. I thought it was clunky, myself. The volume lock never worked and one slip of the finger and you were at a place you didn’t mean to click. We’ll see how the iPod Touch goes- I have to write a review on it anyway.
Please do write a review as I’m looking to get one also. I’m still undecided whether to get the ipod touch or archos 605. The iTouch looks a lot sexier.
jblu: That’s part of the requirement for winning the iPod- to review it. I can’t wait to get it-it does look sexier and slicker, especially when you compare it to the iPod Classic that I received as a mistake. I’ll let everyone know-from ease of use to features and whether I’d recommend spending the money for it or not.
