Here’s a guessing game. Name a blogger who writes about everything under the sun, lives in the paradise us mainlanders call Hawaii and inspects bugs for a living? Ok, the clue is in the title but if you said Skeet, the owner of Skeet’s Stuff, you’d win a prize if I had one to give away. Let me say this, if I had a choice of who to hang out with, my best friend, or Skeet- I’d pick Skeet. The woman can make a post about termites engaging-this is how well she can tell a story.

Skeet writes about what she calls her “cluttered” life in Hawaii, being a single mom, (her son now lives on the mainland and is grown), her garden and participates in several memes, one started herself. It’s called Spread The Sunshine and the premise is to send her a post you have written about a story you’ve come across from your own community, or the anywhere, that shows there is a little good in the world. She also has several posts, pictures included, about her undergarments. I totally cracked up and decided then and there, this is one blog I have to keep reading. I have the guts to take pictures and post about a lot of things, but it’s never crossed my mind to snap a few pics of my bras and panties. She has a sense of humor that is priceless and very hard to find in the blogging world.

I do want to mention one very important cause Skeet is involved with- the MWH Slippah Fund, a charitable fund set up to buy kids slippahs, or as most of us call them, flip-flops. The fund was started by a woman who noticed children in a certain area didn’t have slippahs and decided all of children must have them and it’s been going since. If you donate to the fund, (please hurry, the funds have to be in by November 29th), let Skeet know and she will match the donations all readers together make up t0 $100-but you need to get these to Skeet by November 28th. If you want to give a little this holiday season I suggest this cause-I donated what I could, not much but every little bit helps.

Skeet’s blog is an entertaining read because she covers so many topics. I enjoy blogs I can relate to and shake my head and say, “yes I know exactly what you’re talking about.” If you want variety in a blog and a very good read, go to Skeet’s blog.
