Blog A Day, November 13, 2007, 33 Is The New 23.
Yes, as they say, age is but a number and I completely agree. I’m 35, though and I think collecting Barbies, frogs and Hello Kitty is taking it a bit too far. But, Jerry, who owns, 33 Is The New 23, takes things to a different level. He lives in Maine, a state I have always wanted to visit, but never had the opportunity, (is it as gorgeous in the fall as they say?), and participates in quite a few sports-and I mean quite a few, (skiing, basketball, snowboarding etc). He’s a New England Patriots fan! How dare he! Randy Moss? He is from here Jerry- I’m not a fan of him, but ok we won’t argue over football.
He’s in the Insurance industry, (what kind? can ya get me some cheap?), and, of course, has a girlfriend, seems all the good ones my age are taken. His blog is about his life, being 33 but not giving up on the fun aspects just because of his age. Amen!
Jerry’s blog was a joy to read because I have the same feelings about age. As long as you’re able to get out and do things-then by golly do them! One of the best posts because I can relate, again, is where he blogs about having to take 5 Advil because he went a little overboard at the gym and his knees almost couldn’t handle it. I feel the pain, Jerry. I had to take 2 Advil last night after cleaning 2 ceiling fans, vacuuming and mopping the kitchen.
Go visit Jerry at his blog-he’s an upbeat guy with a good outlook on life and very enjoyable posts. Yet another blog to add to my list of new blogs to read.
Which is why 33 Is The New 23 has been certified Blog A Day. (I’m working on a little button instead of the badge in case people would want to put one up on their site).

on my way!
It’s a good blog-fairly new but he seems to have one heck of a love for life. Seems like a really nice guy as well.
