I had a tough decision to make when it came to choosing the first Blog A Day. I have several bloggers I have kept in contact with for over two years, both of whom I met on two different traffic exchange sites. So, I flipped a coin to be fair.

Blueyes, who owns the blog, By The Sea is a blogging friend in every sense of the word. I met her on BlogMad.net- I honestly can’t remember why or what we started chatting about, but we’ve kept in contact on our blogs, through email and instant messenger. Why do I read her blog? Because she tells it like it is- she doesn’t care what people think, or say, she is who she is and this is why I enjoy chatting and reading her blog. She shares bits and pieces of her life, her dogs, her work and friends. The type of blog I like to read because I feel like I get to know the person without the technical, supposedly expert advice everyone seems to be writing on blogs these days. I suggest, if you don’t read her blog, to take a look. She’s a special person in my little blogging world and this is why she is my first Blog Of The Day.
