My Big Brother Obsession.
Ok, since it’s the weekend and I’m watching live feeds of Big Brother 8, I am now officially obsessed. In fact I had to turn them off because I was getting so irate over Eric and his lies- he was chosen to be “America’s Player” and he is screwing us all. I can understand defending yourself in a game, but he jumped the gun and wanted Nick out of the house so bad because he saw him as a threat and campaigned so hard to get him out-before he even knew how America wanted him to vote-which of course was to vote out Kail. He’s using everyone- Dick and Daniele will be out before the end and they’re the only ones not using another house guest to advance themselves, well if you don’t count Zach, whom everyone is using at this point. Ok.. I really need to chill out and get through this obsession.
Big Brother 8 is really getting everyone’s attention these days. Calm down.
For the life of me, I just don’t get it. Big Brother has been a smash hit here in the UK for years, but I’ve never been able to get into it. If I need drama, I just turn on some F1 racing, and watch team McLaren fight each other for glory. Even Coronation Street or East Enders… but not Big Brother, ugh.
You know, I caught a smidge of this last night during some weird contest and I just can’t see how that makes it year after year. But then again I watch Survivor for the most part so what does that say?
My wife absolutely hates Eric! When is he going to stop raising his stupid eyebrow everytime he talks. So annoying….
Hey, I just came across your website. I’m obsessed with Big Brother too! I haven’t watched the live feeds, yet, though. Usually I get the free pass for a week, but then I get obsessed and do nothing else all week! I’m surprised Eric has been able to get as far as he has, considering all the stuff he’s had to do as America’s Player. And I’m glad they finally explained that he’s getting paid for completing tasks. I was wondering if he had an incentive to do so.
I am not a big fan anymore. Not after they voted off the gay guy.

Big Brother has had its day. The latest UK version came and went without much of a fuss. It’s TV featuring hairdressers and strippers for stay-at-home Mums; a human hamster cage.
