A Little Less Stress, Thank You.

I now remember how much I loathe moving. I really don’t have that much to take, just a mattress and box springs, my laptop, clothes, the frog collection and hopefully two end tables and a coffee table. The money situation is really stressing me out- I basically have nothing when it comes to towels, wash cloths and kitchen items. I don’t even have pots and pans. But, I’m some how going to manage. I’m certainly not sleeping well at night and I’ve been looking at these night-time sound machines thinking that they may de-stress me at night. Has anyone else tried these at night? I always sleep with a fan, but maybe crickets chirping would be a little more calming? If you’ve tried it, let me know.

Sorry . . . no info. to impart as I’ve never tried them. I sleep with the tv on all night because of PTSD following retinal detachments. I never sleep in a dark or completely silent room. But good luck with it . . . hope using one of those machines works for you.

I moved Cubes at work twice in the past month and I am finally in where I am going to be until I leave but I can’t bring myself to finish unpacking… I just dread it so I know how you feel.

Never used them but never had to either cuz I also will leave the TV on sometimes to fall asleep. But I am going to bet that with you by yourself you will feel better albeit the worrying about money is going to be an issue but no more mother to drive you nuts.
