Review: All My Movies Movie Management Software.
I’ll admit I’m a little behind when it comes to having my own, personal movie collection. I watch DVDs, then put them promptly back in their cases and they sit on the shelf. I do not own a video camera, therefore I am lacking in home videos as well. I also do not hold a subscription to any site that allows the legal download of movies, (I’m not saying I download illegally, I don’t download at all). But when I had the chance to write a review for the All My Movies movie management software, I was impressed and wishing I had a collection just so I could try the product.
All My Movies is a one stop program to catalog your personal collection of DVDs, VHS, CDs and more. The program will download information from different internet movie databases-in multiple languages, automatically lookup the birthdays of actors, their filmography/biography as well as photos. This personalizes the experience giving the user his or her very own mini movie catalog, not to mention the ability to play the movies within the program itself. Several other features which caught my attention: the ability to save the collection to a PDA or mobile device, statistical overview of your collection, capture stills and a skinnable interface.
The trial version is free for 30 days, a small download of 4.3MB-which I just finished downloading and the full version is available at a very reasonable price of $34.95. If you have a large collection of DVDs, home movies, even CDs- this might be one product to try, even if just for the trial period.

I have always used Excel to manage my movies and CD’s. I will give the trial a shot though.
Thanks
I think the software looks to be promising. If I had a large collection of either movies or CDs it would be worth the price-which isn’t bad at all.
