Until I sleep which will be a few hours, then I have work so excuse the mess. I need to know: Has anyone out there had issues with the following DSL Modem/Router: Westell VersaLink 327W Model # a90 327w1506 REV E Manufactured in China 04/07/2005? I’m ready to kill Verizon and their incompetent tech support. They are sending me a new modem-but I don’t know for sure if it’s another Westell or another brand. The supervisor I spoke with today said they were phasing out the Westell, (probably due to the number of issues I have found across various forums), but I do know there is another model that is supposedly a little better. I so hate my life at the moment.
